Refund policy

This policy applies to purchases made directly from Flipside Boardshop.

Returns and exchanges

Unused items in their original condition and original packaging may be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

Sale items, gift cards, rentals, used equipment, and items damaged after purchase are not refundable. Rentals are non-refundable. Items with a manufacturer defect are handled according to the manufacturer's warranty.

How to request a return
